The ski school and ski service Finžgar has been providing quality ski and snowboard lessons on Soriška planina for a number of years. In addition to the school, the visitors can also rent and repair their ski and snowboard equipment. The ski and snowboard school is appropriate for beginners and more experienced ski enthusiasts. You will learn your first ski (snowboard) moves or improve the skills you have already acquired. The school is intended for everyone, children and adults alike, while the difficulty level of exercises is adapted to the abilities and prior knowledge of participants.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
You can rent different ski (snowboard) equipment, which is always in top condition and well maintained (sharpened edges, impregnated gliding surface, etc.). You can also rent children’s ski boots (no. 26 and above) for their very first steps on the snow; ski boots are also available for adults (up to no. 47). Other ski equipment is available for rent as well.
EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE
Our repair service is always available to our guests, so we will sharpen ski edges, impregnate gliding surfaces, set or fix bindings whenever required. Everything needed for any kind of skier’s mishap is in stock (various screws, buckles, straps, etc.) and we always attempt to find a solution to any equipment-related inconvenience.
Operating hours: every day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or during operating hours of the ski resort.
In order to be able to satisfy your wishes fully, please inform us before you arrive, so we can agree upon the time of your arrival and discuss other details regarding your ski lessons.
